The Furner Landscapes privacy policy statement has been made in accordance with amendments to the Federal Government Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (New Privacy Laws) which took effect from 21 December 2001 (under the Privacy Act 1988).

This information will be kept confidential and at no time will this information be traded, swapped, exchanged or sold to any other party or company. Furner Landscapes will only use this information to communicate with the customer to discuss services required. We may share this information and only that information which is absolutely necessary with government departments, however only when we are legally obliged to provide such information.
